Who we are

RoofPayback is operated by Eric, established in Spain (EU). Contact: ericmunizgeneb@gmail.com. Because the operator is in the EU, we follow the GDPR for all visitors, and we also describe the choices U.S. state privacy laws give you.

What we collect

Calculator inputs (location, usage, prices) are processed only in your browser and never sent to us. If you use "Copy link", those values are in the URL you share.
Contact form: name, email and message, to reply to you; kept up to 12 months. The form provider named on the contact page, if any, processes them on our behalf.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4): pages viewed, device, approximate location and interactions, to learn which pages are useful. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first.
Advertising (Google AdSense, once enabled): Google and its partners may use cookies or identifiers to show and measure ads, personalized or not according to your choices. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Hosting: our host (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information for money. Personalized advertising by Google may count as "sharing" under some U.S. state laws; you can opt out through the privacy choices link above or with a Global Privacy Control signal, and through Google Ad Settings.
You can request access, correction or deletion of data we hold about you, or object to processing, by emailing us. EU/UK residents can also complain to their data protection authority.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
